Feature: Cloudflare Worker deployment preparation

This feature streamlines worker deployment by reviewing and updating key configurations after your code has been generated. It performs the following checks:

1. Worker Configuration: Updates the wrangler.toml file based on the generated code.
2. Dependencies: Adjusts the package.json file to include any required dependencies.

The agent will provide the suggested changes for these files in a comment, with placeholders for actual values.

At some point, I would love to switch to wrangler.json because it now has a schema. The schema is picked up by IDE and makes life easier to look up for typos, deprecations and list of available properties.
