bnext-bio would like to have per groups shared directories created automatically as they add new GitHub teams.

(Optional) Investigation results

While automatically creating new dirs as they add new teams is out of scope, I believe we can create them, as new teams are added to the allow list.
For this, we need to:

• Update the hub.extraConfig to create a new shared folder for each GitHubOauthenticator.allowed_organizations
• Document the need for them to make a PR against the infra repo to add that team to the list of allowed ones or let us know
