Python 3.13 support

Hi there,

Been using pyqtdarktheme for a few years now and really like it! I've recently upgrade to Python 3.13 and PyQt 6.9.1 and can no longer install pyqtdarktheme without the --ignore-requires-python flag. I have been using it with Python 3.13 for some time now and haven't had any issues, can pyproject.toml be updated to support Python 3.13?

This is creating a headache for my team too. Seems to be working fine with 3.13. Is this repo not being maintained anymore? there is a PR already to remove the upper check.

Last update in PyPi was almost 4 years ago, so I guess not :( It's a shame because it's a great package. There aren't that many others for the PyQt framework, qtdarkstyle also hasn't seen any updates for years.
