Improve bdsx server creation progress bar accuracy

The progress bar when creating a bdsx server currently shows only what step it is on:

1. Downloading (git cloning bdsx)
2. Installing (npm i)
3. Building (npm run -s build)

It should show progress for the installation: what percentage it is at for each step.
