First call prompts for Mic permission, shows up as CallKit call that is hard to access

I'm fairly sure this is the app issue, not the SDK, I will do see if this issue exists in the stock app

It also happens in the stock app, it seems that its not the microphone, as it seems to only happen twice on first install, once even after the microphone permission is given
