Calling out with music playing doesn't pause the music

its seems if you get a call and answer it, the music will pause, this seems to only happen outbound.

calling out using Spotify pauses the music, apparently it doesn't when you use the stop music app on iOS

I tried to do this but starting a screen recording pauses the music so I can't. Thanks Apple.
