Set blocklist depending on client / group

It would be nice to have a feature to enable / disable blocking lists by client / group.

For instance, my use case is:
All my network members need to be protected by the Threat blocklists, but not all need ad blocking, or vice versa.
So it should be possible to adjust blocklist settings per group / client.

I'd also like to be able to block by tag. eg: clients tagged with user_child are blocked from OnlyFans, or force SafeSearch

You can do this either with custom filtering rules or by client settings
