Vignette discrepancies/questions

Hi Kaue,

I was going through the courses and vignettes and just had some points/questions to ask and/or add if that's okay:

1. I've noticed the getDataCM now needs to have userowner = "gosset" in it for it to work with your examples
2. I saw the summarise_* set of functions in your vignette on visualisations and summaries. However, I cannot find these functions when I try to replicate this vignette. Are these available still, and if so, which package are they from?
3. I get the issue that plot_tree is not an exported object from namespace:gosset in your vignette on PL-trees. I noticed you mentioned this function is still under development. Has this changed name/is this deprecated now?

Hi @lilyclements, yes there are a lot of things that changed in over the last years. This content was developed between 2020 - 2021 where I was still testing some analytical approaches with the tricot data. I think that the gosset package was not even on CRAN yet. I will revise the scripts and release a new version for this training material. On the specifics.

1. We had to add "userowner" on ClimMobTools in 2023 when we implemented the project sharing on ClimMob
2. The summarise_* functions were discontinued because they don't provide any statistical valid information, they were more like a viz tool, but many people were using it wrong.
3. The plot_tree() function is now implemented as an S3 method for plot()
