Bug/Typo/Error description

The equivalency "time and ('characteristic of' some 'thinning process')" probably should point to "pruning process" instead. However, generally perhaps these equivalencies are too strong? Is any date that is characteristic of a pruning process a pruning date? What if a waste disposal process is a subpart of pruning process, and waste disposal process has a pickup date?
