I am reaching out to you because I am a long-time supporter of your work. I believe your project is one of the few remaining bastions of true open-source innovation in the browser landscape.

I am a Power User with a background in OpenSUSE Tumbleweed, and hardened Android systems. After extensive testing, I’ve noticed a significant gap in the Chromium ecosystem: we are currently forced to choose between top-tier privacy/de-googling (Cromite) and raw CPU performance/optimization (Thorium).

I would like to propose a vision for a unified project: Thorite Browser

The goal of Thorite would be to merge the philosophies of your projects into a "God-tier" browser for both Mobile (Android) and Desktop (Linux, Windows, and FreeBSD):

The Engine (from Thorium): Implementing advanced compiler optimizations (AVX2/AVX-512 for x86 and SVE2/NEON for ARMv9) to maximize CPU throughput and RAM efficiency.
Privacy & Ad-blocking (from Cromite): Integrating the robust native ad-blocking and deep de-Googling that power users demand.
Cross-Platform Performance: Creating a seamless, high-performance experience that respects the hardware's potential on every OS, including FreeBSD.

Many users are tired of browsers that are either fast-but-nosy or private-but-slow. They want a tool that doesn't make them compromise.

Would you be open to a collaboration or a feature-merge to bring this "Holy Grail" of browsers to life? I believe Thorite could quickly become the gold standard for power users.
