Build failed on MIPS 24k (be) 1.9.9 #1763
Description
Cannot build 1.9.9 for MIPS platform (not MIPSle) because v4l2/device tries to compile.
Build flags of the ./internal/v4l2/v4l2_linux.go and ./pkg/v4l2/device/device.go must be the same.
