tuya: failed to initialize token

i have 2 cameras setup in go2rtc, 1 works, 1 doesnt
the 1 that works in local to my network (FishTankCamera), the other isnt (WorksOfficeCamera)
my config is very basic and nothing special

but whats weird is i see this error in the debug

[mjpeg] add consumer error=streams: tuya: failed to initialize token: 请求过于频繁,请稍后再试
[webrtc] add consumer error=streams: tuya: failed to initialize token: 请求过于频繁,请稍后再试
[mp4] add consumer error=streams: tuya: failed to initialize token: 请求过于频繁,请稍后再试

translates to Too many requests, please try again later.

and whats weirder is IF i probe using the web ui,
i see the producers and consumers in the json output
and i see [streams] start produce and [streams] stop produce in the event logs

and if i use the STREAM link too in the web browser, i see the camera and the info/probe shows the connections

but yet if i try to use the RTSP stream, it keeps failing to connect to the other camera but not the first one?

ok i figured my problem out for it not connecting by rtsp
my i had put rtsp:/// by mistake in my frigate (extra / doh!)

however i still see this error for failed to initialize token and when i start frigate, only 1 camera works,
then after a few seconds when it restarts the rtsp stream,
then i see both of them

so maybe we need to add a random like few seconds delay in go2rtc when it connects so you arent connecting to multiple cameras within the same second maybe?

EDIT:
you can see from the screenshot below frigate starts and connects to go2rtc, but then 1 stream errors out,
then frigate restarts the stream 10 seconds later and it works as normal
so i do think we need a random like 1-2 second delay when you connect to tuya for the token etc on each stream, so then each stream doesnt clash within the same second and fail
