Fix tests based on code review feedback

- Remove comment about missing tests at top of file
- Fix STWBS test for empty suffix (function changed from IsNull to IsEmpty)
- Fix UWN tests for new UniqueWaveName behavior
- Fix GLNEE test to create proper 2D wave
- Update CFWTP/MFWTP tests to use global datafolders and CHECK_WAVE
- Add HEIWNL test for empty value support
- Update WaveText tests (function now returns wave when no row param)
- Replace CHECK(IsNaN(...)) with CHECK_EQUAL_VAR(..., NaN)
- Update DWTF tests to use CHECK_WAVE and fix text wave mode
- Update AEINWAL tests to check wave note directly
- Add MTW test for infinity values
- Add RTWE1D test for combined options with all parameter
- Replace individual GST tests with data generator approach
