Scraping Author Affiliation

Many grants also require affiliation materials; I think this would be a useful feature to add to this package.

I have tinkered with it slightly. If I get around to a full implementation in the next few weeks, I will open a pull request. If not, I am logging this issue as inspiration for someone with a longer attention span than I.
