EOSJS testing should use SYS token

This file should be updated to use SYS token or the code should be refactored to remove the tests.
abieos/blob/main/test/src/test.ts is pulling in
tests/abieos/external/eosjs/src/tests/eosjs-jsonrpc.test.ts

Closing this issu. The eosjs-jsonrpc.test.ts is pulled in as part of the external dependency and compiled by never used.
