Definitions
1.1. "Contributor" means Appel420 and each individual or legal entity that creates, contributes to, or owns Covered Software.

1.2. "Licensed Patents" means any patent license(s), including without limitation, patent applications and patents that are held by a Contributor, which license is necessary to make, use, sell, offer for sale, import or otherwise dispose of Covered Software in the country where the patent applies.

License Grant
2.1. License Grant. Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, each Contributor grants to you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable license under Licensed Patents to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise dispose of Covered Software.

Responsibilities
3.1. Distribution Terms. You must give any other recipients of the Covered Software a copy of this License and the Contributor Version of Covered Software you received. If you modify the Covered Software, you must provide notice that it is a modified version and preserve the full MPL header in each file.

3.2. Patent Grant Each Contributor grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable license under Licensed Patents to make, have made, use, sell, offer for sale, import and otherwise transfer the original version of the Covered Software under the terms and conditions of this License.

Incompatible Licenses
You may not offer or impose any additional terms or conditions on, or applicable to, the Covered Software. If you license the Covered Software under different license terms, such use and distribution is governed by those terms, not MPL 2.0.

No Warranty
THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE COVERED SOFTWARE IS WITH YOU. SHOULD ANY COVERED SOFTWARE PROVE DEFECTIVE IN ANY RESPECT, YOU (NOT ANY CONTRIBUTORS) ASSUME THE COST OF ANY NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION. THIS DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY IS AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THIS LICENSE.

Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY CONTRIBUTOR BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE COVERED SOFTWARE OR THIS LICENSE.

Termination
7.1. This License and the rights granted hereunder will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the terms herein on timely correction within 30 days after being notified.

7.2. If you initiate patent litigation against any entity (including cross-claim or counterclaim) alleging that the Covered Software directly or indirectly infringes any patent, then all your rights granted under this License shall terminate as of the date such litigation is filed.
