Design and implement a top bar specifically for tablet view, with the following layout and behavior:

Left Side:

Display the greeting text: "Bonjour, [name]!"
Font size: 35px

Right Side:

Dark/Light mode toggle switch:

-Icon shows moon in dark mode and sun in light mode
-Toggling the switch updates the global theme (DM ↔ LM)

Help/Info icon (?):
-Tapping this icon redirects to the “About Us” page that's already in the "More" section under "About ApplETS"
