OneLink generated on Android app fails to launch app on iOS

We are using OneLink to redirect users to certain parts in our app. Users share the links they generated in our app (ios and android) using template in our FB group. Then other users click on them to use a certain feature in our app.

Links generated from iOS launches our app on both iOS and Android (expected behaviour) links generated on Android also work on Android but doesn't work on iOS properly. Instead of launching our app, it opens up app store. We've tried enabling cross platform in any settings we could find but still didn't solve the problem. Is there anything else we can try?
