Does ONVIF work on all cameras?

Thank you SO SO MUCH for this tool. It's amazing.
I was wondering if ONVIF works on all cameras or if it only works on some models? I can't get it to work using the URL provided by the camera.

The only info I can find is what V380-Web shows me. The camera itself has no information about which version of the camera it is.

Try extracting this to the root of an sd card, plugging it into your camera, turn it on, wait for ~5 minutes, turn it off, remove the sd card and turn it on again. Then try scanning with Onvif Device Manager
