Description:
Azure Communication Services Call Automation is a service that provides developers the ability to build server-based call workflows for VoIP calls and Public Switched Telephone Network(PSTN) channels. It allows developers to receive or initiate real-time calls and perform control plane actions (like answer, transfer, add participant) to steer and control calls, driven by their server app business logic.
