cradle fails to run | qwen | chrome

I use the qwen-vl-max model, my profile is below, when I run the cradle to execute the chrome task 3，it failed, and there are no error message, i don't know how to fix it

it seemed it had complete the "ctrl+shift+T"action, but it didn't work.

Thanks for reaching out. It seems that the software window was not activated so even though the action was executed but it did not have any effect. Please make sure the software window is focused.

And the output action does not seem to be in the correct format. The correct action should be press_keys_combined(keys='ctrl, shift, t ').
