Add AIFL (2120 Univ) rooms to [HOLD] calendar events for AIFL

On the AIFL calendar, for every day we are running an event there will be one of two things: either a single [HOLD] event or the actual event. If available, rooms should be added to the actual event based on what is noted on the [HOLD] event. If only the [HOLD] is available, then rooms should be added to the [HOLD] event

After adding rooms to an event and saving, DO NOT send notifications that the event has changed.

@slohia-19 - I think I found the problem with the unavailable room. Two things:

• If there is a day-long [HOLD] event already on the calendar and it is assigned the room, then the the actual event cannot also be assigned the room because it thinks it's being used. In that case, remove the room from the day-long hold event (which I think we determined we are deleting anyway).
• It appears to take Google calendar a long time to refresh and make a room available again after it's been removed from the day long [HOLD] event. (see Feb 11 as an example: I removed the day-long hold and eventually I was able to add it to the afternoon event)
