Link edited block and available blocks

## Description

as a **user**
I want to know **which block of the master template I am editing**
in order to **find my way more easily between similar blocks**

- Value: easy customer support to intervene on the blocks

## Rules

- display the name of the blocks in the sidebar and in the editor
- highlight the block in sidebar corresponding to the edited block
