Adapting this code for hydroelasticity of ship

Hi balaje,
Greetings of the day to you.I stumbled on your blog where you wrote on hydroelasticity of ships using freefem and your experience at a summer school.I am also doing some studies on hydroelasticity as well and would wish to use MATLAB for everything .Although you used freefem,but you didn't provide the source codes.I kindly ask to see your freefem or Matlab implementation or point me to the right sources..
