Cam creation

I would like to know how you designed the cams and if you have developed a way to make them from an input like desired torque curves?

Sorry for the late answer. I designed them at first using math. To create equal displacement for moving left to right. This however only works when everything is made from metal and cannot flex. Since it is made from plastic, I manually changed the slopes to achieve the same displacement, making it steeper towards the ends. It was not designed with proper torque curves in mind.
