Swift compiles for both intel and m chips, it's just that I disabled installs for anything but the macOS 26 which allowed me to have a more narrow scope of APIs, but I do plan on allowing it for macOS 15 as well if it doesn't cause me a lot of trouble, intel or arm it doesn't really matter much to swift.
