Omi Mentor app: won't show last message and several issues

Omi Mentor app doesn't interact with a regular frequency, I never know what or when it will message me (several days with no interaction then a interaction)

Also it keeps bringing messages about a situation they happened in Jan 8, almost a month ago.

Also, when I tap notification it doesn't take me to the chat with Omi Mentor

And finally when I manually go to Omi Mentor chat, after getting a message, then message doesn't appear. If I ask it about the last message it sends me. it's there but won't show right away.
