Multilevel nav menus after synch becomes single level

Hello guys, Thanks for this amazing plugin ;)

It seems that I found a bug. I selected to synch **multilevel** navigation menu from site1 to site2. After I press and synch menu content, instead of multi level menus, in site2 I see single level menus, and menu elements order is wrong.
