Missing page cropbox info from extract info function

when a pdf is using cropbox such as [20,30,300,600],
the extract info function only can be obtained the page size with pixel values.
is it possible to get the cropbox values?
BTW, on windows, the extract info function is not working on pdf file directly, saying poppler missing, but the image convert function is working fine.

Could you please provide some more details? Which exact calls are you using with which result?
