country names

I'm just wondering if it's possible to identify specific countries based on name (for example to fill certain countries with a different color).
In d3.js examples there is an additional tsv file loaded for this purpose, like here: http://bl.ocks.org/mbostock/4183330

Can this be done with planetary.js ?
