In interactive menus, shift+tab has issues

In interactive menus, I can press Tab to advance, but I can't go back via Shift+Tab.
When I get to a field which doesn't let me proceed empty, pressing Tab shows a red error message, and pressing Shift+Tab clears the error message (except note the leftover red "ed" in the recording below), so I guess the Shift+Tab is being processed to some extent.

Which terminal? Could be an issue with the upstream Huh library

Ah, probably. This is a text console (e.g. Alt+Fx); I just tried in xfce4-terminal and LXTerminal and it worked in those.

In LXTerminal and xfce4-terminal, scrolling up (to previous options above the visible "page") did not work, and the connection string required text never cleared itself like it did in the recording.

In the short term, for anyone that runs into this issue: the interactive menus are all optional, using the command flags to set the params will not trigger the menus.
