Add Documentation on switching Schedules in RoomClimate

Hi,

could you please provide documentation on how to switch a RoomClimate entity between different schedules?
I hope my terminology is right, please see the following screenshot:

I would like to use the API to switch between "Anwesend" and "Abwesend". Please also document how to access a list of available schedules.

Hi Markus,

there is an "activeScheduleId" property you can read and set.
But I have no idea where these schedules are saved or can be retrieved. If someone could shed a light on this?

Hi,
You can use
GET {{shc_api}}/schedule/
and
GET {{shc_api}}/schedule/{{device_id}}
to read more information about the active schedule of a given device.
This only works if the schedule can also be reached in the app (e.g. Thermostat NOT in Summer Mode) and only gives the selected one.
This however does not get me to a list of available schedules like when I create a script in the App.

simple, never thought of this.
Had tried all kind of other entry points...

But that's a double logical break in the API, isn't it?
Should be "schedules" instead of "schedule" and below devices also.

GET {{shc_api}}/devices/{{device_id}}/schedules
and
GET {{shc_api}}/schedules/{{schedule_id}}

How do you find it, simply guessing?
Do you have something better than Postman for this?
Or can I find an API documentation anywhere else?

So we need to find all possible shedule IDs...

Yeah, I was basically just trying some guesses in Postman a few weeks ago. At some point I somehow came across this, I don't remember how. The only logic I can see in this is that this is not the schedules of the device but rather the current schedule, therefore singular.
I also use Postman, and I am not familiar with good tooling to "autodiscover" REST APIs. But I also don't want to break my heating controller before the winter...
