Ensuring bookmark reconciliation happens consistently

When a bookmark is created by providing a target URL,  the UI should immediately display the full bookmark details including the generated ID, resource, target URL, and date.  Currently, these fields only appear after manually refreshing the page.

It should instead reconcile immediately after creation and update the table without requiring a refresh.
