Update in image distortion procedure

• 1-Instead of using mean value for lesion distortion, use histogram of real lesions to try and generate simulated voxel values.

• 2-Patient histogram could be used separately and be chosen randomly during the pipeline, so that the natural variability in distributions could be mirrored by the simulation.

• 3-Model different modalities separately (especially T1).
