Add the ability to push a header to the UI

An additional header for admins and support staff could be "Scheduler has stopped - please advise an admin"

I think this would be a nice use case for the Gammu interface, rather than the web one. (And I'm not just chatting my way out of some work!)

If Admins register a phone number, gammu could text them when Exceptionally Bad Things happen.

True. Not exactly sure how we could identify that an "Exceptionally bad thing has happened" though :)

I recommend you put a limit on the number of times it can repeat the same
text to them too, because you really don't want to be spammed 5000 times by
the same message if some bug or hardware/resource problem causes that kind
of issue for a while (besides getting expensive unless properly unlimited
SMS tariff)

👍 It'd have to be time limited too, so if an identical problem arises a few hours/days later, the alert suppression doesn't persist.
