arguments not transferring on import for custom commands #1472

Describe the bug
If you export ingame custom commands through the web portal, then on a new server, add those same commands via cronjob, configured arguments dont copy accross

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'website, ingame commands, custom commands '
  2. Click on 'export to file'
  3. on new server, click on import. paste the contents of the cronjob file.
  4. Command will copy in, but arguments within the command will not

Expected behavior
