Problems with the hover on smartphones

I was testing my site in my smartphone, and I noticed that the hover doesn’t work, if I touch the image, it shows only the image, not the link and description, so I can go to the page where the project it’s shown. In my IPad, it worked, if I pass the finger on the project, it activates de hover and I can get the link to the project’s page.
