Preconditions
User is logged in on the admin panel
Mobile app is installed and launched, user is logged in
There is the applet with the stacked slider item.
Alert is configured for the first option of the first slider.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the app
2. Proceed to the activity with the stacked slider item
3. Complete the activity by selecting the alert response for the stacked slider item and any responses for other options
4. Refresh the admin panel
5. Check the alert messages on the admin panel

Actual result
Alert message is missing on the admin panel after selecting the stacked slider alert option

Expected result
Alert message is displayed on the admin panel after selecting the stacked slider alert option
