Widget services in Windows 11 24H2 #2925

After a fresh Windows 11 24H2 install, I noticed that the widget service was taking up 300MB of RAM.
The widget service was automatically starting every time I booted the system (not immediately, after two minutes) even if I've never used widgets and I had disabled the widgets' icon in the taskbar, too.
I don't know if it's a bug in 24H2 or it's an "intended behavior", anyway, the only solution was uninstalling Windows Web Experience pack using Winget.

So, maybe it would be useful to let users uninstall or disable the widgets using WinUtil.
