Match SNI to host toggle or option to ignore rules

Proxmox requires the option "Match SNI to Host" in CF to be set to avoid errors while accessing the web UI. This option is missing from the manual rule generation in DF. I wish this option to be added, and/or an option for rules to exist locally but to ignore CF configuration. As it is now, rules overwrite the CF settings, clearing the "Match SNI to Host" toggle.

Ability to ignore CF settings is desirable to account for future CF changes - new functionality could be used immediately without the need for DF to be upgraded/compatible.
