Description
There should be a check to ensure that patch assemblies are not allowed to reference any other assemblies. Otherwise we run the risk, that one patch assembly loaded will pull in the referenced assemblies which could be a potential patch target either of the patch that was loaded, or of other patches in the pipeline. Then we won't be able to patch it anymore.
