Disable editing of past events in moderation view #522
Description
The moderation panel allows for opening events in the editing view, even if the date is past. Publishing or saving will not be succesfull, because the API does not allow it.
Entering the editing view should be disabled from the moderation panel, both from the list view and the preview of the event draft(s).
