Validate past beginners lacking an end date #528
Description
An event starting in the past that does not have an end date, will create an unknown error.
Make a validation and add the user disclaimer:
• "Menneisyydessä alkavalla tapahtumalla pitää olla päättymispäivämäärä."
• "An event starting in the past must have an end date."
