How to install in windows system

There is a linux tutor in install page, I didn't install linux system, could you please tell me how to install clearmap in windows system. Thanks.

I don't think it works in Windows. You need Linux or Mac OS.

We are looking to get windows support but currently, we have a few hurdles that need clearing before. 1) get our changes into the main elastix project, 2) Make the installer platform independant 3) (only for vascuature pipeline) provide alternative to graphtool. Some of these changes are in progress but it will still take a bit of time to get a native windows version.
