Add support for carrot brackets surrounding macro parameters

Right now, carrot brackets surrounding a macro's parameter(s) are treated as invalid symbols. SN 68k has different behaviour to this.

According to the SNASM 68000 Development System User's Manual, carrot brackets denote that a parameter needs to include spaces or commas.

An example of where these carrot brackets can be found is vladicomper's Megadrive Debugger/Error Handler:
