Submit Button: Timesheet Locking

Description: Currently our submit button will still allow for resubmissions regardless of what week of the month you are on. We want to change this so that after Monday at 9 am, timesheets for associates are no longer able to be resubmitted.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Button remains green if a timesheet is not submitted yet for the week
• Button will be yellow and allow for resubmissions/edits up until 9 am Monday
• After 9 am Monday, resubmit button should be greyed out and associates should not be able to resubmit
