Admin View: Time Conflict Modal

Description: We want to update our time conflict modals so that admins can easily choose between an associate time or supervisor time.

Acceptance Criteria:

• When there is a time conflict an exclamation icon should appear next to the time with a conflict (shown in Figma)
• There should be some text above the time box indicating what time was selected (This should be defaulted to "Selected: None"
• When a user clicks on the icon, a modal should populate prompting the admin to choose between the supervisor or employee time (refer to Figma)
• User should submit their choice and the text above the time box should update with whatever time was selected, ie: "Selected: Supervisor"

Note: For now it's okay if we have mock values for the supervisor and employee times but we should start thinking through how we will retrieve these times from the supervisor and employee timesheet. As a reminder: supervisors edit a copy of the employees timesheet and submit to admins, but we should be storing the original copy of the employees timesheet so admins can have a final pick.
