Strange gun position with main left hand

Describe the bug

Guns are positioned strangely with main hand: left in skin customization.

I'm aiming:O
Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to options>skin customization
2. Switch main hand to left
3. Aim with any gun.

Reproducibility

• I reproduced this issue with as few other mods as possible installed.
• I am unable to reproduce this issue consistently.
