Can it be made blind friendly?

Does the Board provide some unused pins to connect a buzzer or speaker? Would it be possible to add CW output for blind users?

I used to chair a Remap panel and am very interested in projects to allow "differently-abled" people to get on with their hobbies, jobs, and day-to-day lives. There are two facets. If it is easy, I'll do it. If it's difficult (selfishly) I need to understand what the uptake might be.
Yes, there are exposed pins which could be repurposed. The big advantage of YAF is that it uses menus instead of those extra buttons.
I don't think the author is actively working on the project at the moment. I am trying to keep it alive under my own fork. Please feel free to add to my issue list. https://github.com/KDMcMullan/ATU-100-EXT-YAF-2E0UMK .
If you had a brief description of what the CW output might DO, that would be helpful. It might be a bit of a stretch to output the entire screen as CW.
