JobAgent should pass the Job ID to the dirac-cwl Job Wrapper #8447
Description
The dirac-cwl Job Wrapper needs the job ID to function correctly.
It is notably needed to report the Status of the job to DiracX (see DIRACGrid/dirac-cwl#83).
